The Persistence of Memory by Salvador Dali
This painting was created by Salvador Dali. The Persistence of
Memory was made in 1931 and is now displayed in the Museum of Modern Art in
New York City. In this specific piece of work, Dali did a great job presenting the art in a smooth manner, with the low contrast resulting in a relaxing medium. Overall, the painting is very spatially static, and will continue to be one of my favorites.

The Starry Night By Vincent Van Gogh
This painting was created in the year 1988 by the very famous painter Vincent Van Gogh. In every detail of the painting, you can see that he used short small brush strokes, in order to create a rougher look overall. He combined the quality's to make a spatially in depth masterpiece. In addition, he also showed his artwork to be emotionally active... very well done!
